Ordered some parts online for my dodgy shower door
Had an issue with my address at front, which wasn't ideal, but they went above and beyond to remedy the situation
To top it off, they even worked through my stuff up with a product
So 100% I would use them again (although, fingers crossed I won't have to lol)
Good website and great customer service

Have dealt with Charles &Susan regarding purchasing of 2x Steam Stoppers for our home and they were both easy to deal with self. explanatory and prompt service and I would recommend to anyone who wanted to purchase the product. Overall they look awesome and fit with no problem 👍👍👍👍Cheers Warren

Found the bathroom door seal I needed on the website. The quality of it is a step up from the one at Bunnings. Reasonable price and well packaged to avoid damage during transit

From Canterbury, Sth Island. I needed 2 small guides to repair a sliding shower door. Made online order and they were delivered in 4 days. Impressed with the efficiency.

Had 5 large alcove showers with steam stoppers installed into a house. Liked them so much I installed another 5 into another house. Good quality sturdy product at a reasonable price with excellent sales and installation support. Thanks Henry Brooks team!

Charles and his team were so friendly, informative & pleasant to work with. We love our steam stopper and find it has changed our shower experience! He also went out of his way to fix our wonky shower door on top of the installation. 100% would recommend to anyone looking in to getting a steam stopper. We also are super impressed with how discreet it looks :) Thank you again!
